Rounds provides a digital platform for managing Rotating Savings and Credit Associations (ROSCAs), informal savings circles, and group money pools. We provide tools for tracking contributions, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between circle members.

Disclaimer: Rounds is a technology platform, not a bank or financial institution. We do not hold funds (unless using our specific wallet features where applicable) and are not responsible for the solvency of any circle member.

3. User Accounts

To use the App, you must register for an account using your mobile phone number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Rules of Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or damage the Service through the use of viruses or other malicious code.

5. Financial Risks and Liability

Participation in savings circles involves financial risk. You acknowledge that:

  • Rounds does not guarantee that other members of your circle will make their contributions.
  • You are solely responsible for vetting the people you invite to or join a circle with.
  • Rounds shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from the default or misconduct of any circle member.
